We are pleased to invite you to the LUMIERE Spring School 2026. It will take place from 13.-16. April 2026 at the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (UCT) in Prague/CZ. The Spring School is dedicated to the close relationship between molecular photonics and innovative biomimetic photoswitches. Organized by the LUMIERE Doctoral Network and the Department of Physics and Technology at UCT we aim to bring together experts and students from the broader field of photonics to discuss opportunities and challenges in the further development of molecular photonics and to bridge the gap between basic research and practical applications. We want to discuss how biomimetic photoswitches can be integrated into devices, materials, and technologies for data storage, sensor technology, or energy conversion.
